Site / service: badradio.com (front door), badradio.rocks (player), and the related badradio streams.

1. Who we are

badradio operates badradio.com, badradio.rocks, and the associated audio stream (currently via Live365 and related infrastructure).

2. What we collect (by default)

Public listen / browse (no account):

• We do not require a badradio login to listen.
• Standard technical data may hit our hosts and partners in the normal way websites and streams work (for example IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, pages requested, stream connection metadata). That happens on infrastructure we use (for example Cloudflare, Live365, hosting providers) — we don’t run a “member database” of listeners for casual listening.
• We are not building listener profiles or selling your listening history.

We aim to keep this as minimal as the stack allows. This flat site does not set a cookie wall and does not run a third-party analytics tag. If we deliberately add analytics later, we’ll say so here before turning it on.

3. Patreon supporters

If you support badradio through Patreon and we later gate a supporter page (credentialed and paywalled by Patreon subscription):

• Patreon collects and processes payment and membership data under Patreon’s terms and privacy policy.
• We may receive limited membership status needed to unlock supporter access (for example that you’re an active patron).
• That supporter experience is separate from anonymous public listening.

4. Email / contact

If you email us — mark@badradio.com, info@badradio.com, support@badradio.com, or the contact form — we use that conversation to respond. We don’t sell those addresses.

5. What we don’t do

• No badradio account required to listen.
• No selling personal listener lists.
• No porn business; no collection of data for that purpose.
• No knowingly collecting personal information from children under 18. The service is 18+ only.

6. Third parties

Streaming, DNS, hosting, email, and Patreon are third parties with their own policies. Using the stream or Patreon means those services process data as described in their documents.

7. Retention & security

Technical logs follow our hosts’ defaults unless we set shorter retention. We take reasonable care; no method is perfect.

8. Your choices

• Listen without creating a badradio account.
• Use Patreon only if you choose to support.
• Contact us to ask about data we may hold from email or supporter status.

9. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; continued use means you accept the posted version.
