badradio is an underground freeform streaming radio station. By using the site, player, streams, or related pages, you agree to these Terms.
Age: You must be at least 18 years old. If you’re under 18, don’t use badradio. The catalog includes explicit lyrics and adult themes.
2. What we provide
- Public listen access to the stream and site (as available).
- Optional supporter experience via Patreon (see Support / Privacy).
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service; Live365, networks, and life happen.
3. What you may do
- Listen for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Share links to badradio.rocks, badradio.com, or the public stream.
- Support the station through Patreon if you want.
4. What you may not do
- Use badradio if you are under 18.
- Rebroadcast, resell, or commercially exploit the stream or site content without written permission.
- Attack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the service.
- Upload, request, or promote illegal content — including any sexual content involving anyone under 18. We don’t do porn; we especially don’t do anything involving child sexual exploitation. Zero tolerance.
- Impersonate badradio or pretend to speak for the station.
5. Content & taste
We play freeform and live music, including tracks with explicit language. That’s intentional. Don’t like it… leave… please.
6. Accounts & supporters
Most listening needs no account. Login / credentials apply only if we offer a Patreon-gated supporter experience. Patreon membership and their terms also apply to that path.
7. Disclaimer
Service is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for listening circumstances, third-party platforms (Live365, Patreon, Cloudflare, etc.), or your use of the stream.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting means you accept the update. Material changes may be noted on the site.
